An Island Apart was founded in 2010, in order to provide professional property management services for Vacations Rentals in Madeira Island. With a strong technological component, in order to boost our clients’ investments, we have the most recent booking optimization and management tools, permanently connected to more than 50 online booking portals, where millions of users browse through when looking for their next holiday destination.

Since we started we increased by 10 fold the number of properties under management. That was reflected in the number of bookings, with a growth of 700%. Since 2016, the average length of stay has increased by 35%, which translates into over 75 thousand overnight stays. Our wide range of resources, multitasking and extremely efficient team and our reliable network of partners makes us really proud of the exponential growth and progress we have made throughout the years.
